Bring your bike or rent one? A preparation checklist

Start with the ride you want

City rides, longer journeys and bike parks call for different equipment. Explain what you want to experience before choosing between bringing a bike and renting. The creator’s park-riding films can help you describe the setting that interests you.

If you bring a bike

Share its type and wheel size and any maintenance support you need. Confirm packing, size limits and transport with the carrier. Ask about assembly, checks and storage after arrival.

If you rent

Provide your height, riding experience, dates and preferred bike type. Have the team confirm actual availability, size, protection and collection or return conditions. For an e-bike, discuss range, charging and the intended route.

Confirm terms alongside the price

Ask what the rental includes, which services cost extra and what conditions apply to use, damage and cancellation. Confirm the actual bike, availability and fees in the final proposal.
