Terms & trip design fee

1. The trip design fee (US$200)

After chatting with our AI host, you can ask a MontshockNiHaoFriend specialist to design a custom trip for you. The design fee is US$200, paid securely via Stripe. In return, a specialist prepares a personal itinerary and quote and emails it to you, normally within 48 hours.

• If you book the trip with us, the full US$200 is credited towards your total trip price.
• If you decide not to book, the fee is non-refundable, as it pays for the specialist's design work.
• We're happy to revise the proposal with you after you receive it.

2. Our AI host

Friend is an AI assistant. It may make mistakes; prices, visa rules and availability are always confirmed by a human specialist in your proposal.

3. Medical appointments

We help with booking, translation and accompanying you. We are not a medical provider and don't give medical advice. Treatment decisions and fees are between you and the hospital.

4. Riding safety

Cycling and mountain biking carry risk. You need appropriate travel and sports insurance; we will tell you what we recommend for your trip.
