Do I need to sign up?
No account is required. Start a chat and share your plans. For a human follow-up, confirm your email and agree to send your request to our team.
Who prepares my travel proposal?
Friend answers simple questions and collects your needs. A human specialist reviews the request and confirms the itinerary, availability and costs. Chat messages are not a booking confirmation.
How do I start planning a trip?
Tell Friend your dates, group size, preferred destinations, riding experience and approximate budget. An initial idea is enough; details can be clarified before you confirm your email and submit.
Are the rides suitable for beginners?
Tell us about your experience, fitness and confidence on trails. Distance, climbing, surface and technical difficulty must match the group; bike parks and high-altitude rides are not suitable for everyone.
Can I bring my own bike, or rent in China?
Both options can be discussed. Share your bike type and size or rental needs before booking. Availability, fit, transport and charges need confirmation for your destination and dates.
Can I choose an e-bike?
Request an e-bike when you contact us. Availability, size, terrain, daily distance and charging need checking. Electric assistance does not make every trail or itinerary suitable.
Can friends or children travel with me?
Tell us each person’s age, experience and preferred pace, including non-riders. Activities for children and mixed-ability groups, as well as time away from the bike, need individual confirmation.
How many days should I allow, and when should I go?
Suggested durations and seasons on destination pages are starting points. Share your travel window and arrival city so weather, altitude, transport and local availability can be considered.
Can accommodation and dietary needs be included?
Share your preferred accommodation level, room needs and dietary requirements, including allergies. Specific hotels, meals and how dietary needs can be handled must be confirmed in your proposal.
What about transfers and luggage?
Tell us your arrival and departure points and the amount of luggage or bike equipment. Ask whether airport or station transfers and luggage support are included; they are not automatic.
How much will the trip cost, and what is included?
Costs depend on dates, destination, group size, bikes, accommodation, guiding and transport. Before deciding, request an itemised proposal with included services, exclusions and any separate fees.
How do payment, changes and cancellation work?
Before paying, request the written payment schedule and cancellation, change and refund conditions. These depend on the confirmed services and suppliers; an AI reply is not a final price or refund promise.
What happens if weather or trail conditions change?
Weather, trail access and local conditions may affect the ride. Discuss alternatives and related costs with the specialist; the final route or schedule may need adjusting.
I don't speak Chinese. Is that a problem?
Tell us your preferred language and where you need support. A guide, translator or riding companion can be discussed; language coverage, dates and any charges must be confirmed.
What bike and riding equipment should I prepare?
Tell us what bike and protective equipment you will bring or need to rent. Request a route-specific packing list and rental sizes; city rides, long-distance trips and bike parks have different requirements.
Can you help me see a doctor or get a health check-up while in China?
Help with contacting a hospital, appointments, translation or accompaniment can be discussed. The hospital confirms availability, medical services and charges; Friend does not provide medical advice.
What happens to my enquiry and chat history?
Your browser remembers access to the conversation; clearing its data or changing browser may lose that access. Enquiries can be retained for follow-up. The privacy page explains data use, staff access and optional visit statistics.
Do I need a visa?
Entry requirements depend on passport nationality, route, travel dates and length of stay. Check current official information before booking; our specialist can help identify what needs to be verified.
